Where Do We Deliver?
We deliver across South Africa to major cities, towns, and surrounding areas.
Delivery Timeframes
Our standard delivery timeframe is 7–30 business days, depending on stock availability, supplier lead time, and your delivery area.
We’ll send you updates once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Standard Delivery:
Estimated delivery: 7–30 business days
Cost: R72.50 for orders under R700
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, courier delays, supplier lead time, public holidays, and your location.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive further updates with your delivery information.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays may only begin processing on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once tracking information is available, we’ll send it to you by email so you can follow your order.
If you have any issues with your delivery or tracking information, please contact us and we’ll assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your TheBeltCo order. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
• Unused and in its original condition
• In its original packaging where possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect:
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom or personalised orders
How to Return an Item
1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll confirm the next steps and provide the return details.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
4. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method.
5. Once the item has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue and your order number.
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refund processing times can vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
